Letters are an essential part of the application. Applicants should inform their referees of their application to SEMM and provide them with the appropriate template that can be downloaded from the utilities box below.
Referees must then send their references directly to postdoc mail semm.it (see important notes***)

***Important notes - Reference letters:

Applications lacking reference letters will not be processed
It is applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the referees send the letters within the deadline for application.
SEMM office is NOT in charge of sending the template to the referees.
Letters sent by the applicants will not be taken into consideration.
