Post Doc / Eligibility criteria

• Candidates must hold a Doctorate Degree at the time of application or be awarded it within 2 months of the application. The doctorate degree must have been awarded no more than four years prior to the application. Exceptions are made for:
  • women with children. One additional year per child can be claimed, up to a maximum of three years (i.e. 7 years from Doctorate degree award).
  • other documented career breaks.
• Publication record: candidates must have at least one publication as first author (either accepted, in press or published) at the time of application.
• Candidates must provide at least two letters of references with their application
• For reintegration fellowships, candidates must be Italian citizens, which are carrying out research in a third country (i.e. non-EU or associated countries) since 2/3 years. Candidates may have already returned to Italy, but for no more than 6 months prior to the application.
• For incoming fellowships, candidates must be non-Italian citizens of any nationality.

• Candidates must be Italian citizens resident in Italy.
