• Try to copy and paste the address in the address bar.

• The system doesn't allow you to submit the application form?
• Be sure you have filled out all the mandatory fields (they are marked with a *).
• See the example as reference.

• You haven't received the confirmation email?
• Wait a little bit. Sometimes there can be delays in the email delivery.
• Check that you have successfully completed the application form: a message appears on the top of the page Your data has been updated!!...
• If nothing works, contact postdocsemm.it and we will send you the confirmation email.

• After submission of your application form, you are not able to login?
• Be sure that you inserted the password correctly.
• Go to the login area and ask for a password recovery.

• Problems occur in sending the reference letters to postdocsemm.it?
• The completed file size can exceed the maximum allowed (1Mb): reduce it and try again.
• Send the file to veronica.viscardisemm.it
