This was the joint annual retreat of the PhD students of four major research institutes in Milan, the DIBIT-Universitá Vita Salute, the IFOM-IEO Campus-SEMM Foundation, the Istituto Nazionale Tumori and the Istituto Mario Negri.
The annual retreat represented an excellent occasion to meet a large audience of prospective postdoctoral fellow working on a variety of fields related to the biology of disease.
The scientific programme included talks, scientific posters, round tables and lectures presented by international invited speakers.
