In case of admission, applicants holding a foreign degree must present some documents to check the suitability of their qualification.
The following is an extract from the public call about this matter.
Applicants holding a foreign degree are required to present one of the following documents when completing the enrolment process:
Original degree certificate, with an official translation into Italian (if the original document is NOT written in English, French, Spanish or German), along with CIMEA Statement of Comparability and Statement of Verification (issued by CIMEA, i.e. the Italian ENIC NARIC centre) or another statement issued by other ENIC NARIC centres
OR
Original degree certificate legalised by the competent authorities of the issuing country, with an official translation into Italian (if the original document is NOT written in English, French, Spanish or German), plus ONE of the following documents:
Declaration of Value (dichiarazione di valore in loco) issued by the Italian Embassy in the country where the qualification was obtained;
CIMEA Statement of Comparability (the list of the required documents is available here) or another statement of comparability issued by other ENIC-NARIC centres, which includes all useful information to assess the foreign qualification;
Statement of Correspondence downloaded from the ARDI platform (Automatic Recognition Database Italia), if the qualification was obtained in one of the signatory countries of the Lisbon Recognition Convention
Diploma Supplement, draft according to the standards of the European Commission, and legalized by the competent authorities of the country where the qualification was obtained.
