Computational Approaches for Omics Data

27-31 October 2025
Milan

Organizers: Francesco Ferrari (IFOM) & Martin Schaefer (IEO) - Dates: 27-31 October 2025

Location: Meeting Room 1-2, IFOM, Via Adamello 16, Milan

Aim of the course: it will introduce specialistic applications of computational biology data analysis across different fields of genomics. We will have lectures covering especially the fields of cancer genomics, metagenomics, transcriptomics, single cell genomics and machine learning.

The course is designed for computational biology students with already hands on experience in basic bioinformatics analysis of omics data.
